Exchange & Returns
Our company does not have a general returns or exchange policy, except in cases where the product is received damaged. We take great care in conducting a thorough quality check before shipping our products, reducing the likelihood of receiving defective items.
Orders once shipped can’t be cancelled and won’t be eligible for refund.
However, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, here is what you need to do :
Inform: You need to share the name and complete unboxing video of the product via whatsapp at +91-9739440081 within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.
- Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the us. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the exchange/refund if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
- Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will exchange the product.
Please Note:
Unboxing video is mandatory.
We will need an unboxing video to verify that the product was damaged at our end. And if the defect is found at our end, we offer an exchange and not a refund.
Incase your item is unavailable, the amount will be credited to your bank account.
No returns will be accepted in below scenarios:
- We take extreme care to ensure that you get all the products intact. However, sometimes in transit, a stone may fall off. Or the necklace link could be unhinged. OR the stem of the earring might be bent. These are not damages & can be rectified easily, by oneself. Stones/pearls can be put back using glue. If you are unable to link back the unhinged jewellery part, you can send it to us, We shall get it done & dispatch to you. A refund shall not be issued in such case.
- Assuming/expecting the product was smaller or larger, or assuming that the product would be of a certain texture, shine , inspite of a detailed description given. If you have doubts regarding the base metal, or fabric , feel free to clarify with us, before placing an order.
- Shade variations or product looks lighter or darker than the image displayed. We try & capture the colour & other possible properties of every product to the best of our ability.
